Retail Gift Aid
If you are a UK tax payer, we could make 25% more on the items you donate if you register for Retail Gift Aid.
Our on-site charity shop supports the work of Cheltenham Animal Shelter. All funds raised go towards helping unwanted and abandoned dogs, cats and small animals find loving new homes.
Offering free parking, our shop is stocked entirely by donations and staffed by volunteers who are committed to providing the very best service and the highest standards when it comes to the items we offer for sale.
Recently expanded, our shop has it’s biggest ever selection of top quality goods at real charity shop prices.

Donations
The Charity Shop relies on quality donations from members of the public for us to re-sell and raise funds for the animals in our care.
We regret that we cannot accept donations during times when the Charity Shop is closed as we do not have staff on-site to receive, sort and safely store them.
Please do not take donations to Cavendish House – we will continue to accept, sort and store donated items at the main shop on our site in Gardners Lane.
