Gloucestershire College students visited the shelter to complete part of their course work, they assisted with cleaning out the small animal runs and ensured that their tutor Andrew also got involved with the hard work!
Another aspect of the visit was to learn more about the history of Cheltenham Animal Shelter and how to be a responsible pet owner, students learned the importance of the ABsC which are taught to all visiting groups. The highlight of their visit was seeing the cats and dogs in rehoming dogs and they thoroughly enjoyed spending time exercising one of the dogs Ruby.
