Chance

Age: 8 Months

Gender: Male

Breed: Malamute

Chance is a loving active boy who bonds closely with his caregivers, he’s looking for a home ideally experienced with Malamutes, where any children are 16+ and sensible. Chance can be a little shy of new people so will need a home that is able to continue the work we have started at the shelter to give Chance ongoing positive experiences with new human friends!   Chance loves his walks so would need an owner able to take him on long walks, and provide plenty of mental stimulation at home also with activity toys and positive training to prevent him becoming bored and to ensure that his needs are met. Chance could live with a very playful tolerant female dog pending the mix. Chance will need someone at home for most of the day as he does not cope well for long periods on his own at the moment, so he will need plenty of time devoted to him. Chance is very cuddly when he knows you, he loves to play and zoom around having fun! Please come along to the shelter and fill out an application if you would like to be considered for Chance.
