Duke

Breed: Labrador

Age: 6

Gender: Male

Duke is a happy go lucky boy who is full of love and full body wiggles, he is looking for a quiet home where he can have plenty of tlc and time spent with him. Duke can be a little shy of some men to start with but soon makes friends! Duke has lived with children previously so could share a home with a sensible child aged 10+. Duke enjoys his walks, he is quite strong on his lead as he is so enthusiastic to take in all the interesting smells! Duke likes to walk with other dogs and has been very social to all the dogs he has mixed with here at the shelter, he could share his home with a social tolerant playful dog. Duke likes lots of tlc and company, he has been calm in his kennel so may cope being left for a short period, that can be built upon gradually, we can provide advice with this. Duke will make a wonderful companion in his new home! Please come along to the shelter and fill out an application if you would like to be considered for Duke.
