Gromit is a sweet shy little man that needs patience and gentle TLC to come out of his shell, he is looking for a calm adult only home where he can feel safe and have his own routine. Gromit has met lots of people at the shelter, and will come up to say hello in his own time and have a little chin stroke. Gromit has been very good meeting dogs on his walks here at the shelter and could live with a female dog pending the mix, he is fairly calm but will have a little play at times. Gromit walks beautifully on his harness and has been relaxed on his walks, he whines a little when he sees another dog, but has otherwise been laid back and enjoyed sniffing and exploring new places. Gromit has shown signs of being stressed when left in his kennel and becomes a little worried when he knows he is about to be left, he’d love a home where someone is around for most of the day. Gromit will make a very sweet companion in his new home. Please come along to the shelter and fill out an application if you would like to be considered for Gromit.
