Larry is a sensitive loving boy who has so much to give, he is looking for a calm patient adult only home ideally experienced with nurturing a rescue dog and helping them gradually flourish. Larry will need a home with a medium to large garden where he can relax and slowly build confidence at his own pace, he loves to be outside but finds walks too scary for now. Larry would suit a home with more rural walks easily accessible as he would find walking along busy roads stressful. Larry has been good meeting dogs on walks, he can be very playful, he appears to lack a little socialization and not be fully sure at times how to interact, Larry when indoors does like his people and possessions to himself, so he’d currently need to be homed as the only dog. Larry would like someone home for most of the day, he likes lots of company and finds time alone a little worrying, we can give plenty of advice on how to build this up gradually for Larry. Larry loves his food so this is a good tool to use to bond with him, he also loves toys and has a really cheeky puppy playful side which comes out more and more as he bonds with you! Larry will make a beautiful friend for the right home. Please come along to the shelter and fill out an application if you would like to be considered for Larry.
