and 'fetch a pet...' Take a look

Age: 13 Months

Gender: Male

Breed: Husky x Rottweiler

Reis is an energetic intelligent boy who is looking for a patient experienced home where he can learn new skills and channel his energy and drive into fun physical and mental activities. Reis will need an adult only home without too many visitors as finds too much stimulation overwhelming, he does mouth when stressed, nervous or excited so will need owners who are confident to follow the shelter team’s advice on dealing with this behaviour in a force free manner. Reis can live with other dogs if they are playful and tolerant, he has lived with a cat but did like to try to chase it so would need a confident cat if he was to live with one again. Reis does not like being left for long periods so will need plenty of company, he is much better though being left when he has the company of other dogs. Although Reis looks predominantly Rottweiler, he has the main traits of a Husky, so will need a owner that can give him physical and mental exercise that he requires. Please come along to the shelter and have a chat with Karen for more information on Reis
