Age: 4

Gender: Male

Breed: Collie X Lab

Sam is a sensitive handsome boy who is looking for a rural adult only home that is experienced with owning Collies, he’d like a secure garden or land to run around in so that he can enjoy being outside when it’s playtime, and a comfy bed to curl up in when it’s time for a nap! Sam is an intelligent boy who enjoys learning, his prize possession is his tennis ball, and like most Collies he enjoys games with this and gets very excited to see it. Sam would like a home as the only pet and walks with space from other dogs so that he can fully relax and enjoy the exciting adventures in the countryside with all the different smells and sights. Sam does like company but will settle when his family need to go out and catch up on some sleep, greeting you with a big waggy tail when you get home. Sam will come for a fuss on his terms, and at other times is happy to just know you’re there with him, just enjoying each other’s presence. Sam will make a very rewarding boy to own in his new home. Please come along to the shelter and fill out an application if you would like to be considered for Sam.
