Dotty is an adorable lady looking for a retirement home where she can be the only pet and hopefully with someone at home a lot of the time. She would need to have access to outside once settled in a new home. Dotty would ideally like a quieter home without children. She loves her cardboard scratch pad so that will definitely go home with her.
