Toro is a little pocket-sized sweetheart who is happiest when she’s close to her favourite people. She can be an anxious girl and looks to those she trusts for plenty of reassurance, but once she has formed a bond with you, she becomes the most adorable little Velcro dog, following you wherever you go!
Her favourite place in the world is curled up on the lap of someone she knows, enjoying lots of fuss and affection. Once she feels comfortable, she also enjoys a little playtime and having a run around, so a secure garden would be ideal for her.
Toro enjoys her walks, particularly in quieter areas where she can take things at her own pace. She can be unsure around unfamiliar people and larger dogs, although she sometimes enjoys saying hello to smaller dogs when out and about. She would prefer to be the only pet in her new home, as she does like to chase and bark at cats and small animals.
She is a great little traveller too, happily travelling by car and even having experience on trains – provided she has her favourite lap to sit on! She has previously been happy being left for a few hours, usually spending the time having a snooze.
Toro may be a little nervous at first, but underneath that is a loving little girl who has so much affection to give. All she really wants is a quiet home, a comfy lap and someone she can call her very own
