If you are a UK tax payer, we could make 25% more on the items you donate if you register for Retail Gift Aid.
Our charity shops support the work of Cheltenham Animal Shelter. All funds raised go towards helping unwanted and abandoned dogs, cats and small animals find loving new homes.
Based at Cheltenham Animal Shelter in Gardners Lane
Offering free parking, our shop is stocked entirely by donations and staffed by volunteers who are committed to providing the very best service and the highest standards when it comes to the items we offer for sale.
Recently expanded, our shop has it’s biggest ever selection of top quality goods at real charity shop prices.

New town-centre shop at 25 Winchcombe Street
Opened in late 2024, our first off-site charity shop offers a convenient location to anyone visiting Cheltenham town centre.
Just off the main High Street, we stock a range of clothing, accessories, homewares, games, books, puzzles and more. Please call in next time you’re passing.
We are able to accept smaller donations at this location with larger donations being accepted at the Shelter.

Donations
Our charity shops rely on quality donations from members of the public for us to re-sell and raise funds for the animals in our care.
We can only accept donations during times when the charity shops are open so that we have staff on-hand to receive, sort and safely store them.
We can accept smaller donations at Winchcombe Street but we have limited space for sorting and storing so ask that people only take what they can carry. Larger donations can be taken to our site in Gardners Lane where free on-site parking is available.
