Clover

Little Clover is a gentle, sensitive soul looking for a calm, understanding home where she can truly settle. She may do life on three fully working legs, but she’s been that way since birth and navigates the world perfectly well in her own way – it certainly doesn’t stop her enjoying the things she loves most.

Clover forms deep bonds with her people and, once she trusts you, she’s an affectionate companion who adores cuddles, fuss, and quiet time together. She can be unsure when meeting new people and needs slow, patient introductions, but given time she blossoms into a loyal and loving friend. She would be best suited to an adult-only home or one with children aged 16+, and she has previously lived harmoniously with a cat.

Clover enjoys pottering about in the garden, taking her time to sniff, explore, and watch the world go by. She also has a definite appreciation for the finer snacks in life – hot dogs, chicken, and cheese are firm favourites, and offering her a tasty treat is one of the easiest ways to see her personality shine.

Clover is looking for a home where someone is around for most of the day, as she doesn’t enjoy being left alone. She will need to be the only dog in the home, as she has struggled with dogs she has lived with before and can be reactive on the lead, so a calm, dog-free household will help her feel safe and settled.

In the right environment, Clover will reward her people with unwavering devotion and lots of cosy companionship.
