Meet Winston!
He has been very shy whilst settling in but has now found his confidence and is out more, investigating his surroundings and eating his food whilst he knows you are in the room. He is still nervous of handling so will need someone who is happy to take things at his pace and have more time to bond with him.
Winston is looking for a big enclosure to share with another male guinea pig. As guinea pigs love to live in bonded pairs or small groups, we do not rehome lone guinea pigs unless we have deemed it appropriate on welfare grounds. Please note that the minimum accommodation size for a pair of guinea pigs is 140cm by 70cm ( 2ft by 4ft). Pictures of accommodation will be asked for upon application.
