Stallholder infomation
The upcoming events where we have pitches available to hire are listed below. Please complete the form to request a pitch.
Completion of a booking form does not guarantee a stall. We aim to avoid duplicating stalls and goods, for the benefit of all attending. You will be contacted to confirm your place.
Unfortunately, if you do not have Public Liability Insurance you may be unable to attend unless otherwise agreed. Cheltenham Animal Shelter will not accept any responsibility for damage, injury or loss howsoever caused to property or persons at our events.
Payment and Fees
- Due to an increase in last minute cancellations, we have incresaed the amount you need to pay to secure a pitch for our 2026 events. The amounts shown below for each event include the pitch fee and a deposit (50% fee, 50% deposit). Following the event, 50% of the amount you have paid will be refunded, provided the stallholder was present and traded at the event.
- Payment will be requested upon acceptance of your stallholder application.
Cancellation Policy
- If a stallholder cancels their booking or fails to attend the event for any reason, Cheltenham Animal Shelter reserves the right to retain the full payment, including any deposit paid.

Upcoming events
Tewkesbury's Big Weekend
Saturday 16th May from 11am until 4.30pm
Set up time – 9am until 10.30am.
Cost – £50 per 3 x3 pitch, payable on acceptance of your application. £25 will be refunded following your attendance at the event.
PLEASE NOTE – This is an outdoor event, and you must provide your own equipment (tables, chairs and gazebo). No catering stalls required.
Cheltenham Animal Shelter's Summer Open Day
Saturday 4th July from 12 noon until 4.30pm
Set up time – 10.30am until 11.45am.
Cost – £50 per 3 x3 pitch, payable on acceptance of your application. £25 will be refunded following your attendance at the event.
PLEASE NOTE – This is an outdoor event, and you must provide your own equipment (tables, chairs and gazebo). No catering stalls required.
Cheltenham Animal Shelter's Festive Fayre
Thursday 26th November from 4.30pm until 7pm
Set up time – 3pm until 4.15pm
Cost – £30 per 3x3m pitch, payable on acceptance of your application. £15 will be refunded following your attendance at the event.
PLEASE NOTE – This is an outdoor event. You must provide your own tables and gazebos. No catering stalls required.
