Meet Maisey – Small Terrier, Big Personality!
Maisey is a lovely little Welsh Terrier with a big heart, a playful spirit, and just the right amount of classic terrier sass. She’s been a superstar at the shelter, happily greeting everyone she meets with a waggy tail and a friendly attitude. Safe to say, Maisey is very much a people person.
She absolutely loves her walks and enjoys getting out and about to explore the world (and read all the important scent-based “news updates” along the way). When she’s back home, she’s always up for a game with her toys – Maisey takes playtime very seriously and will happily show off her toy collection to anyone willing to join in.
Maisey also travels well in the car, so she’d make a great little adventure companion, whether that’s a countryside walk or just popping out for a ride. She’s used to being left alone for a few hours and settles well, making her a great fit for a home where someone might be out for part of the day.
Because of some skin sensitivities, Maisey can occasionally be a little sensitive with certain types of handling. For this reason, she’s looking for a home with children aged 12 and over who can understand when she’d prefer a bit of personal space (we all have those days!).
Maisey would prefer to be the only pet in the home. She is usually happy seeing other dogs when she’s out and about, but she can find interactions overwhelming and doesn’t like sharing her living space with them. She also needs a home without cats – she just loves soaking up all of the attention for herself.
In return, Maisey promises to bring plenty of affection, fun, and terrier charm into your life. She’s a friendly, playful little character who just wants a family to call her own and a comfy spot to curl up after a day of walks and play.
