Buddy is a truly lovely little character with the sweetest nature and so much love to give. This gentle boy is happiest when he’s close to his people, enjoying cuddles, affection, and all the fuss he deserves. While he can be a little shy when meeting new people at first, it doesn’t take long before he’s leaning in for snuggles and showing his affectionate side.
Buddy loves to have fun and has a playful streak too – especially when toys are involved! Chasing a ball is one of his favourite things to do, and he’ll happily enjoy a game with you before settling down for some quiet time. He also adores spending time outdoors, whether that’s pottering around the garden or stretching out in a sunny spot for a peaceful sunbathe.
A great little travel companion, Buddy travels well in the car and would love adventures with his new family. He’s also comfortable being left for a few hours, making him a lovely companion for a home where people may not be around all day.
Buddy is looking for a calm home with children aged 12+, where his sensitive nature will be respected. He can find lots of noise and unpredictability a little worrying, so a quieter environment would help him flourish. Buddy would prefer to be the only pet in the home as he can feel unsure around other dogs and likes his own space, and he finds cats a bit too exciting to resist chasing!
