Meet Sam!
Sam is a shy and charming guinea pig that loves his food and his home comforts, a nice big hiding space is a must for him as he is slowly coming out of his shell but finding shelter life a bit daunting so is spending a lot of his time hiding and surveying the area. He will need a family that is happy to let him settle and bond at his own pace.
Sam is looking for a big enclosure to share with another male guinea pig. As guinea pigs love to live in bonded pairs or small groups, we do not rehome lone guinea pigs unless we have deemed it appropriate on welfare grounds. Please note that the minimum accommodation size for a pair of male guinea pigs is 6ft long by 2ft deep (182cm x 61cm). Pictures of accommodation will be asked for upon application.
