Children drawing dogs workshops

Friday 2nd August and Friday 16th August – 9am to 12pm or 1pm to 4pm at the Shelter.

Join us for our ‘Children Drawing Dogs Workshop’ during the school holidays – a session for art and animal lovers!

After a little tour of Cheltenham Animal Shelter, the session will be spent in our classroom with Primary School Teacher and Artist, Sophie, drawing one of our resident dogs together in pastels.

Attendees will spend some time experimenting with materials before focusing on techniques and tips to draw eyes, noses, and fur. At the end of the session, they will have all drawn a realistic dog in pastel pencils!

All materials and reference photos will be supplied for the day. Some cake and juice will also be supplied. However please bring your own water bottle (and your own snack if preferred).

Tickets are £38 each and sessions are on Friday 2nd August and Friday 16th August – 9am to 12pm or 1pm to 4pm at the Shelter.
